Good evening everyone, I hope you had a great sunny Sunday in Dalat. Did you have time to contemplate the cherry blossoms? ðž
A new session of Shinrin Yoku | Forest bathing will take place this Tuesday morning, hosted by me (John).
For a couple of hours, join us in a peaceful natural place (forest, hill, park) around Da Lat, and cultivate mindfulness for everything around you: the trees, the wind, birds, the soil, the plants, the energy of the Earth, the others⊠and yourself.
A garden to cultivate your mindfulness for all that is living around you and inside you.
A couple of hours to reconnect with the essential things in life.

Our garden of the week: Thiá»n Viá»n Trúc Lâm Zen Buddhism Monastery and its surroundings.
It's a first time :) It has been in my mind for a couple of time. There is a nice quiet area with trees on the side of the monastery, so we have a good base for our practice. Then, of course, everyone is free to explore around, in the monastery or even by the lake, for solo time.

Our Journey Together
⢠7:30 am â Gather and connect at the meet point â ⢠7:45 am â Introduction and short walk up the stairs to our base, outside of the monastery ⢠8:00â10:00 amâ Silent solo mindfulness moment in your favorite spot(s) ðž 2 hours, to really go into the flow state ⢠10:00â10:30 am â Sharing circle at our base, by the trees ⢠10:30 am â Back to the bikes and a good day to everyone.
Please bring: your mat, water, and everything that will help you connect with the place (paper, pencil, brush, notebook, yoga mat, chanting bowl...). Arrive nourished: a light breakfast beforehand helps sustain deeper presence. Itâs time to go back to our garden to grow our seeds of mindfulness... Good night, and see you on Tuesday morning :) John
