By accessing or using the Wellhoods application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. User Accounts
To use certain features of Wellhoods, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and keep this information up to date.
3. User Conduct
You agree to use Wellhoods only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. 4. Events and Communities
Wellhoods allows users to create and join events and communities. Event organizers and community administrators are responsible for the content and activities within their events and communities. Wellhoods is not responsible for any interactions, disputes, or issues that arise from events or communities created by users.
5. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of any content you post on Wellhoods. However, by posting content, you grant Wellhoods a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the app. You represent that you have the right to post any content you share.
6. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using Wellhoods, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Disclaimers
Wellhoods is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for any events, activities, or interactions that occur through the app. Users participate in events and communities at their own risk.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wellhoods shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the app in the past twelve months.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the app will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
